Alberta L. Davis Clegg

Alberta L. Davis Clegg, 83, of Friendly, WV, passed away October 26, 2016 at home. She was born March 7, 1933 in St. Marys, WV, a daughter of the late Marion Davis and Annie Moore Davis. Alberta was a homemaker and a member of the Friendly Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Clegg in 2009; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her sons, Joe (Linda) Camerlin of Colony, TX, Ed Camerlin of Friendly, WV and Paul (Marlene) Camerlin of Sistersville, WV; daughter, Betty (Stanley) Craven of Friendly, WV; seven sisters; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home. The funeral will be on Monday at 11:00 am with Evangelist Tom Butterfield officiating. Interment will be at Friendly Cemetery.
