Alisa Ann Henthorn Bassett

Alisa Ann Henthorn Bassett, 55, of New Martinsville, WV, passed away August 24, 2011 at Wetzel County Hospital. She was born February 22, 1956, a daughter of Joanne Roles Henthorn and the late Elmer Henthorn. Alisa was a direct care provider for REM Community Options. She is survived by her daughters, Cherika (Tristan) Vaughn of New Martinsville and Christa (Nathan) Nash of RAF Lakenheath, England; sister, Kim (Brian) Lapp of Washington, PA; brothers, Tim (Terri) Henthorn of Jacksonville, FL, Mike (Lois) Henthorn of Middlebourne, Gerald Henthorn of Milford, NE and Greg (Stephanie) Henthorn of Morgantown, WV and grandchildren, Abagayle Nash and Manowah Vaughn. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Bassett and infant son, Jesse Bassett. There will be a memorial service Sunday at 2:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home.
