Annabelle Amos Fletcher, 85, of Sistersville, passed away, June 14, 2012 at Emeritus at Marietta, OH. She was born June 10, 1927, a daughter of the late Russell Amos and Marie Rice Amos. Annabelle was retired from the Tyler County Board of Education serving as Secretary to six superintendents with 26 years of service. She was a member of the Oxford Street Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughters, Marie Louise (Noah) Perry of Buffalo, WV and Lois Marlene (Bill) Stern of Sistersville; sister, Luella Wells of Sistersville and brother, Finley Amos of Clarksburg; four granddaughters and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Fletcher, sister, Mary Louise Posey and brother, Raymond Amos. Graveside services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Greenwood Cemetery with Evangelist Jerry Toothman officiating. Calling hours will be Saturday from 11-1 pm at Myers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Journey Hospice, 314 S.
