Benjamin Franklin Fannin

Benjamin Franklin Fannin, 64, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on June 24, 2014. He was born September 18, 1949, in Williamson, WV, a son of the late Elmo Fannin, Jr. and Ola Mae Chapman Fannin. He is survived by his sons, Benjamin Fannin, II (Kelly) and Benjamin Fannin, III (fiancé Abbagail Arrington); grandchildren, Benjamin Franklin, IV and Charlotte Avery Fannin. He was a United States Army veteran. He received the Vietnam Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and Arm Forces Expedition Bars. Interment was at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 10:00 am. Online condolences may be offered at myersfuneralhomewv.com.
