Bennie Kile

Kile, Bennie, age 82, of Sistersville, WV died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born in Sistersville on June 15, 1936, a son of the late Benjamin, Sr. and Ida Mae Ash Kile. He was a farmer and insurance salesman and had been an avid fisherman, fur trapper and model plane enthusiast during his life. He also served his country in the US Army and Army Reserves. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Kile in 2017; one brother, Jack Kile, Sr.; and one sister, June Kile Thomas. Surviving are one son, Benjy Kile and daughter-in-law, Tricia Ryan, of New York, New York; four grandsons: Christopher Ryan, Harry Kile, Oliver Kile and Quentin Kile, and one granddaughter: Abigail Kile. Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am until time of services at 11am with D.J. Kessinger officiating at Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville, WV. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Sistersville. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a gift to the American Heart Association be considered.
