Betty Ruth Eddy Tuttle

Betty Ruth Eddy Tuttle, 91, of Sistersville, WV, (Buck Run Community), passed away September 12, 2018 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Wheeling, WV. She was born August 14, 1927, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Ralph and Ethel Grimes Eddy of Sistersville, WV. Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Christ and she loved to sew and crochet. She especially loved all of her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Richard L. (Linda) Tuttle of Sistersville, WV and Terry L. (Eileen) Tuttle of New Martinsville, WV; daughters, Virginia Ruth (David) Tuttle VanCamp of Middlebourne, WV and Martha Jean (Bryan) Tuttle Suter of Sistersville, WV and sister, Helen Ralston of Kent, OH; grandchildren, Richard W. (Kristy Lynn) Tuttle, Randall O. (Bridgette) Tuttle, Gregory L. Tuttle, David Allen Brantner, Michael Andrew VanCamp, Courtney N. VanCamp, Bryan Jason (Stefanie) Suter, Heather Suter (Keaten) Housel and Keri Suter (Tyler) Brown; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Haley, Adrianna and Jonathan Tuttle; Kathryn and Ryan Suter, Harper Housel and Liam Brown; and step-granddaughter, Corinna Perris Somers and step great-granddaughter, Kaydence Rosier. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Tuttle; three brothers, Paul Eddy of Paden City, WV, Ray Eddy of Kent, OH and Robert Eddy of Ravenna, OH. Services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV with Evangelist Skip Andrews officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the funeral home.
