Betty Lois Hammell

Betty Lois Neff Hammell, 89, formerly of Paden City, WV, passed away March 29, 2020 at Carehaven of Pleasants. She was born October 28, 1930, in Paden City, WV, a daughter of the late Clarence Neff and Christena Slider Neff. Betty was a homemaker. She attended Buck Run Church of Christ and she enjoyed bowling, bingo and needle point. She is survived by her daughters, Lois (Robert) Allard of Mineral Wells, WV and Marsha (Billy) Solko of Marlboro, NJ; grandchildren, Amber Beckett, Lianne Allard, Noah Solko and Matthew Solko; five great-grandchildren and sister, Shelva Buck. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hammell; brothers, William Neff and Harold Neff and sisters, Pearl Hissom and Sondra Fenney.
