Brady Beegle

Gene Brady Beegle, 81, of Sistersville, WV, passed away January 1, 2011 at Sistersville General Hospital. He was born November 4, 1929 in Wetzel County, WV, a son of the late George Brady Beegle and Clara Mae Beegle. He worked for New Martinsville Grocery Company and he was a retired truck driver for LG Wright Glass Company. He is survived by his sons, Alan (Sue) Beegle of Winston Salem, NC, Terry “Doc” (Brenda) Beegle of Sardis, OH, Vic (Terri) Beegle of Paden City, Denny (Kate) Beegle of Sistersville, Dale “Pike” Beegle of Sistersville and Scott (Janice) Beegle of Sistersville; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-granchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Beegle, brother, Dan Beegle, sisters, Helen Nice and Nellie Kocher and one granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Olive Branch Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 183, Sistersville, WV 26175. Services will be Wednesday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Dawson officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 at Myers Funeral Home.
