Carol A. Morgan, 75, of New Martinsville, WV passed away December 30, 2012 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born December 26, 1937 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of the late Clarence and Agnes Thomas Mlckovsky. She was a member of the First Church of God, New Martinsville, where she served in the choir and helped with Sunday School classes. Carol had worked at Hills Department Store and she cared for several elderly patients in their homes. She enjoyed making crafts, cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Debra (Ronald) Glendenning of Paden City, WV, Darrell (Tena) Morgan of New Martinsville, Cheryl (Terry) Cumberledge of Alma, WV, Donna (David) Ramage of New Martinsville, Kevin (Fiancé Lori) Morgan of Paden City, Brian (Teaunna) Morgan of Wileyville, WV, Wanda (boyfriend, Dana Whaley) of St. Marys, WV, Laura (Eric) Rutter of Marietta, OH, Alan Morgan of New Martinsville, 25 grandchildren, 1 adopted granddaughter, 3 step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one sister, Frances Celinski of Palma, OH, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Morgan in 1990, 2 granddaughters, Melinda Sue Billiter, LeAnn Marie Morgan and one sister, Diane Piper. Services will be held Friday, January 4, 2013, at 1 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV with Bishop Adrian Cowgill officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 2 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
