Cathy Lynn Moffitt

Cathy Lynn Moffitt, 53, of Sistersville, WV, passed away March 29, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born June 6, 1957, a daughter of the late George R. Moffitt and Geraldine White Moffitt. Cathy took care of her father and her siblings after her mother passed away. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her son, Dickie Lee (Amy) Moffitt of New Martinsville; her loving companion, Ervin Billiter; brothers, David (Marilyn) Moffitt of New Martinsville and Rickey (Anna) Moffitt of Sistersville; sisters, Velma “Trinket” Leek Smith of New Martinsville, Joyce Ann (Roger) Hartline of Sistersville and Medeana Moffitt of Paden City and grandchildren, Jaymen Bushey, Dayna Moffitt, Jerrin Moffitt, Jaden Moffitt and Cierra Moffitt. Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 – 11:00 with funeral to begin at 11:00 am at Myers Funeral Home with Bud Bassett officiating. There will be a graveside service on Monday, April 4 at 1 P. M. at Greenwood Cemetery, Sistersville, WV.
