Charles "Pete" Sidenstricker

Charles "Pete" Sidenstricker, 73, of Sistersville, WV, passed away February 19, 2020 at home, surrounded by his family. He was born January 23, 1947, in Wetzel County, WV, a son of the late Edward Sidenstricker and Zola Lasure Sidenstricker. Pete was the owner of S&H Body Shop for several years, as an Auto Body Repairman. He loved his tractor, mudbogging and woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, JoLeen Harris Sidenstricker of Sistersville, WV; daughter, Yalonda Sidenstricker Harton (Mitch Eddy) of Sistersville, WV; grandson, C.W. Harton (Haley Anderson) of Sistersville, WV; sisters, Mary (Dave) Cooper of Hannibal, OH and Diane (Scott) Alexander of Albemarle, NC; brothers, Jim (Wanda) Sidenstricker of New Martinsville, WV and Ronnie (Linda) Sidenstricker of Sardis, OH; sister and brother-in-law, Shirleen and Kenny Heinlein and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Ed and Dean Sidenstricker and sister, Shirley Gilmore. There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, February 22, 2020 from noon until time of service at 1:00 pm at the Sistersville First United Methodist Church with Reverend Andrew Tennant officiating.
