Dana Glen Dalrymple

Dalrymple, Dana Glen, age 69 of St. Marys, WV passed away Friday, May 12, 2017 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, OH. He was born on October 15, 1947 in Raven Rock, WV, a son of the late Kenneth E. and Edith V. Barnhart Dalrymple. Dana worked as a Solution Mining Technician for FMC and retired from Union Carbide as a Chemical Operator; was a member of the Mt. Nebo Church of Christ, St. Marys, WV. He loved fishing and hunting. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Jimmy Dalrymple and one niece, Heather Weekley. Surviving are his wife, Sharon Dalrymple; two sons: Dana “DG”, II (Jamee) Dalrymple of Williamstown, WV and Jason (JoAnn) Dalrymple of Augusta, WV; two daughters: Melinda Dalrymple and Tonya (Adam) Hall all of St. Marys, WV; two brothers: Richard Dean Dalrymple of Belmont, WV and Benny Edward Dalrymple of St. Marys, WV; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville, WV where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. Interment will follow in the Mt. Nebo Cemetery, St. Marys, WV.
