Daniel Brian Owens, 57, of Sistersville, WV, passed away July 30, 2020 at home. He was born November 1, 1962, in Sistersville, WV, a son of Junior Owens and the late Linda Fisher Owens. Daniel enjoyed watching TV sitcoms and coloring. In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, Jim (Birdie) Owens of Shadyside, OH and nephew, Casey Owens of Port Charlotte, FL.
