Darvin Wade Cole

Darvin Wade Cole, 74, of Alma, WV, passed away on March 4, 2015 at home. He was born June 28, 1940, in Preston County, a son of the late Jack Delbert Cole and Virginia Ellen James Cole. Darvin was retired from the Tyler County Board of Education with twenty-four years of service. He is survived by his sons, Ralph (Angie Cline) Cole and Timothy Cole of Alma, WV; daughter, Joyce (William) Neff of Alma; brothers, Charles Cole, William Cole, Robert Cole and Kermit Hartley; sisters, Phoebe Bonner and Shirley Cole; brothers-in-law, Allen (Loranna) Ferrell, Preston (Connie) Ferrell and Larry Ferrell; sister-in-law, Angela Ferrell and grandsons, Christopher and William Neff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Cole; one sister and two brothers. Services will be Monday from 9-1 pm at Myers Funeral Home until time of service at 1:00 pm with Pastor Troy Guild officiating. Interment will be at Spring Hill.
