Deleen Harris

DeLeen Harris, 90, of Sistersville, WV, passed away July 14, 2020 at Care Haven of Belmont. She was born September 14, 1929, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Victor Evans and Erma Darnell Evans. DeLeen worked as a janitor for Wiser Oil Co. and Hope Gas Co. and she was a member of the Sistersville First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Shirleen (Kenneth) Heinlein and JoLeen Sidenstricker, both of Sistersville, WV; grandchildren, Shannon (Brian) Wilson, Tai (Scott) Haney, Natasha K. (Jerry) Morse and Yalonda Harton; great-grandchildren, Hannah (Martin) Feaster, Lilli Orr, Lydia (Doug) Wagner, Olivia Hornbeck, C.W. Harton, Emma Hornbeck and Landon Morse and great great-granddaughter, Mya Shay Feaster. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harris in 1981; grandson, Tuskie Robert Harris and son-in-law, Pete Sidenstricker. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Sistersville First United Methodist Church Window Fund, 610 Main Street, Sistersville, WV 26175. At DeLeen's request, there will be no services.
