Denley Joseph Boor

Boor, Denley Joseph, 55, of Sistersville, WV, passed away August 1, 2010. He was born September 10, 1954, a son of the late James Dillon Boor and Fannie L. Crane Boor. He was a member of the Local Laborers 1085, Parkersburg, a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church, sistersville, US Army veteran, a member of American Legion Post #67 where he was past Post Commander, as well as a charter member of the Sons of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife Teresa Ritchie Boor of Sistersville; daughters, Kala Boor of New Martinsville, Roseann Boor of Akron, OH, Denielle Taylor of Akron, OH and Tracey Boor of Sistersville; granddaughter, Laura Federico of Sistersville; brothers, Jim Boor of Belmont, WV, Denver Boor of Friendly, WV and sister Mary Shingleton of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son Joseph Boor and his brother Bob Boor. Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at Myers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Friendly Cemetery in Friendly, WV. Online condolences may be offered at myersfuneralhomewv.com.
