Diana Lee Collins Cox

Diana Lee Collins Cox, 52, of Friendly, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, due to complications from an automobile accident that had occurred on April 1, 2010.

She was born August 4, 1970, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of Ralph Lee Collins and Darla Jane Eddy Collins, both of Friendly, WV.  She married Brent Cox on August 24, 1991.

Diana enjoyed cooking, reading, playing computer games (mahjong) and especially spending time with her grandkids and coloring with them.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her daughter, Keri Lynn (Jason) Blake of Belpre, OH and Cody Alan (Shawnia) Cox of Friendly, WV; three granddaughters, Shayla, Elliana and Ryleann; sister, Gena (Dave) DeBee of Alliance, OH; brother Patrick (Teresa) Collins of Friendly, WV; mother-in-law, Bonnie Hostuttler of Friendly, WV and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pat and Gena Collins; maternal grandparents, Edward and Hilda Eddy and Father-in-law, Bill Hostuttler.  She was also preceded by her dogs, Sadie, Bruiser and Tank, who gave her a reason to smile every day.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Friendly United Methodist Church with Pastor Jon Fox officiating.  There will be a luncheon immediately following the service.  All family and friends are welcome.
