Diane Lynn Stevens

Stevens, Diane Lynn, age 58, of Middlebourne, WV (Wick Community) passed away peacefully at home after a long struggle with cancer. She was born on October 20, 1958 in Blue, WV, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Opal Hissam Masters. Diane was a homemaker and an avid birdwatcher. Survivors include her husband, David L. Stevens; two sons: David (Mary) Nichols of Charleston, WV and Joshua Nichols of Clarksburg, WV; two grandchildren; three brothers and five sisters. Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville, WV where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday with Pastor Jay Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Middlebourne Cemetery, Middlebourne, WV. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Diane’s name to WVU Medicine Children’s, Cure Kids Cancer, WVU Foundation, P.O. Box 1650, Morgantown, WV 26507-1650.
