Dwight "Ike" Buchanan

Dwight "Ike" Buchanan, 56, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on October 18, 2022 at Sistersville General Hospital.

He was born November 16, 1965, in Sistersville, WV, a son of the late John Buchanan and Jaqueline Birkheimer Buchanan.

Ike was a collector of WWII memorabilia and he was a history buff.

He is survived by his son, Darren (Karalynn) Buchanan of New Matamoras, OH; daughters, Brittany (Korey Lucas) Buchanan of Sistersville, and Brandi (Branden) Owens of New Martinsville, WV; grandchildren, Annalynn and Eloise Lucas, Jenson Owens and Roman Buchanan and sister, Tammy Still.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jeff and John Buchanan and sister, Julie Buchanan.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 5-7 pm at Valley Church.
