Evelyn K. Markle

Evelyn K. Markle, 75, of Belmont, WV, formerly of New Martinsville, WV, passed away March 8, 2012 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born November 19, 1936, a daughter of the late Lloyd Mateer and Catherine Mateer. Evelyn was a homemaker and she was a member of the St. Mary’s Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by husband, Henry J. Markle of New Martinsville and niece, Cathy Clark of York, PA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Henry L. Markle in 2008 and sister, Catherine Whittaker. Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Pastor Kay Larsen officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home. Interment will be at Middlebourne Cemetery.
