Frank Anton Hinrichs, II, 54, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011, at his home in Clarington, OH. He was born December 19, 1956, at Ft. Belvoir, VA, a son of the late Constance Hinrichs and Frank Hinrichs. Frank grew up mostly in northern Virginia and parts of the Midwest. He lived briefly overseas in Germany. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering in 1979. He worked for the solvents and monomers department at Dow Chemical Corporation located in Freeport, TX until 1986. He worked for AMSCOR in Angleton, TX building, designing and selling analyzers until 1988. He went to work for Bayer Corporation in 1988. He was an active member at Sistersville First United Methodist Church where he served as the Treasurer and as the sound booth operator. Surviving Frank is his wife, Kristin, of the home; two sons, Trey Hinrichs (Jessica Goodin) of Locust Grove, VA and Kyle Hinrichs (Megan Kilcoyne) of Dodge City, KS; three sisters, Jeanne Hinrichs Nichols (David Nichols) of Murfreesboro, TN, Judith A. Baker of Fairfax, VA and Kathryn F. Chandler (Matthew Chandler) of Manassas, VA; several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and his dear companion, Tex. A memorial service will be held at the Sistersville First United Methodist Church on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at 2:00 PM, with Pastor David Goodin officiating.
