Frank Moffett

Frank Moffett, 74, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on August 17, 2021 at Sistersville Center. He was born September 27, 1946, in Washington, D.C., to the late Richard Moffett and Helen Cole Moffett. Frank was a member of the United States Navy and was a welder with the Boilermakers Union Local #667.He was an avid car enthusiast and volunteered frequently at the Olive Branch Animal Rescue. He is survived by sons, John (Lisa) Moffett of Southport, NC and Brad (Samantha) Moffett of Lusby, MD; daughter, Shelley (Tim) Allen of St. Leonard, MD and their mother, Diane Hutton; sister; Susie (Lou) Michaud; brother, Jimmy (Judy) Moffett; grandchildren, Brady, Lila, Patrick, Logan, Rylie and Rachel; great-grandchildren, Lili, Paislee and Harper and his boys, Rockie, Macy, Dickie and BP. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa Moffett. A private service will be held at a later date.
