Frank Weekley

Franklin Junior Weekley, 74, of Sistersville, WV, passed away June 3, 2014, at Sistersville General Hospital. He was born July 12, 1939, in Sistersville, a son of the late Ira R. and Pauline E. Weekley. Franklin was a longtime employee and retiree of Ormet. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sistersville where he served as a deacon. He is survived by sons, Terry Weekley (Krystal) of Hartsville, SC, and Tim Wolfe (Diane) of Laurel Park, MD; daughter, Brenda Beaver (Dan) of Duncanville, AL; stepsons, Tim Hizer (Chikako) of Sistersville, Jeff Hizer (Bonnie) of Sistersville, and John B. Hizer (Sonya) of Sistersville; sister, Donna Clayton; grandchildren, Naomi Kellar, John Scott Hizer, Sara Skidmore, Tina Forrester, Melissa Hizer, Jill Hizer, Erica Hizer, Victoria Hizer, Kristopher Weekley, Grayson Weekley, Morgan Wolfe, and Kristina Wolfe and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Louise Hizer Weekley, on May 3, 2011; granddaughter, Meredith Hizer; sister, Ruby Weekley; and brother, Donald Adams. Services will be Friday, June 6, 2014, at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Mayfield officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home.
