Gary W. Smith Sr. of Paden City, W.Va., passed away April 5, 2009. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the Myers Funeral Home in Sistersville, W.Va. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
