Glenn D. Jarvis

Glenn D. Jarvis, 69, of Williamstown, WV, went home to be with the Lord on March 24, 2017. He was born April 27, 1947, in Gauley Bridge, WV, but grew up in Spencer, WV. He was the son of the late Dencil Jarvis and Pauline Wilson Jarvis. Glenn was a heavy equipment operator for an underground utility contractor. He was the owner of Mountaineer Mobile Home Park in Williamstown. He was a very active member of Williams Creek Baptist Church and he was a 1965 Spencer High School graduate. He is survived by his wife, Rita Gregg Jarvis of Williamstown, WV; son, Greg Jarvis of Williamstown, WV; daughter, Glena Jarvis of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Hannah and Aaron Jarvis of Williamstown, WV and cousins, Dan Jarvis, Mike Jarvis and Brenda Whitlock. Visitation will be Monday from 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM at Williams Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Horner officiating. Interment will be at Riverview Cemetery.
