Harold W. "Happy" Pancake

Pancake, Harold W. “Happy”, age 66, of Sistersville, WV died Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born on March 7, 1950 in Sistersville, a son of the late John W. and Lenore Richards Pancake. “Happy” retired as a machine operator at the former Ormet Corp., Hannibal, OH; was a member of the Sistersville First United Methodist Church; was a member of the B.P.O.E Lodge #333, Sistersville where he served as Past Exalted Ruler and was a Past State President of the WV Elks Association. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Pancake; one sister, Janice Raper and a sister-in-law, Sue Pancake. Survivors include three brothers: Jack Pancake, David (Audist) Pancake and Daniel (Becky) Pancake all of Sistersville; one sister: Chris (Jim) Post of Munford, TN; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2016 with Rev. Bill Dawson officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Sistersville. Elks Lodge service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
