Harvey Lee Wells,

Harvey Lee Wells, Sr., 49, of Sistersville, passed away January 9, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born August 22, 1962, a son of Clarence Wells of Moundsville, WV and Nancy Ernest Greathouse of New Martinsville, WV. Harvey served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Denise Wilkinson Wells of Sistersville; son, Harvey Wells, Jr. of Sistersville; daughters, Melissa (Joey) Price of St. Marys and April Wells of Sistersville; grandchildren, Cierra Moffitt, Julissa Price and Joey Price; brothers, Steve Wells of Paden City, John Wells of Wheeling and Chad Wells, of Nevada; longtime friend, Billy Morgan of New Martinsville and two dogs, Daisy and Ginger. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Wells. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 10:00 am –12:00 pm with the funeral at 12:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Reverend Dennis Shirer officiating.
