Jack B. Kile, Sr, 92, of New Martinsville, WV, formerly of Sistersville, WV, passed away May 6, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 24, 1920 in Tyler County, WV a son of the late, Benjamin Harrison Kile, Sr. and Ida May Ash Kile. Jack was a US Army Veteran of WWII, a member of the Tyler County Amateur Radio Operators Association and a self-employed dairy farmer. He is survived by two sons, Larry A. Kile of New Martinsville, WV and Christopher L. (Brenda K.) Kile of Dayton, OH, thirteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one brother, Bennie (Karen) Kile of Sistersville, WV and his caregiver, Brenda Smith of New Martinsville, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gaynelle Kile, one son Jack B. Kile, Jr., and sister, June Kile Thomas. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 10 at 1 PM at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV, with Evangelist Tom Butterfield officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Sistersville, WV with military graveside rites. Calling hours will be 11 am Friday until the time of the service. The family would like to thank everyone who has helped them over the past few days.
