Jacob Lee Newlen, 37, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on May 23, 2022. He was born January 27, 1985, in Marietta, OH, a son of Michael Slonaker and Hanna Newlen Francis. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Michael Newlen; brothers, Jesse Newlen of Malaga, OH, Jeremy Newlen of Barnesville, OH, Justin Newlen of Barnesville, OH and Gail Francis, Jr. of New Matamoras, OH; sister, Lacey Bennett; and several cousins and nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by a brother, Joshua Newlen.
