James Lee Smith

James Lee Smith, 77, of Sistersville, WV passed away December 17, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born January 30, 1944, in Reader, WV, a son of the late Benjamin Smith and Nell Richmond Smith. Jim retired from Ormet as a Crane Operator. He is survived by his wife, Judy Billiter Smith; daughter, Michelle (David) White of Sistersville, WV; grandchildren, Kaitlynn (Ethan) Barbarow and Madison White and great-grandchildren, Curtis Foland, Keeyan Foland, Brennon Foland and Liam Barbarow.
