Jean Dotson

Jean Dotson, 87, of St. Marys, WV, passed away July 5, 2010 at her residence. She was born January 24, 1923, a daughter of the late Albert Fiest and Mary Reed Fiest. Jean retired from Colin Anderson Center and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary in Newark, OH. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband William Thomas Keyes, second husband Harry Dotson, son George Thomas Keyes, daughter Martha Butler, four brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by daughters, Mary Barrett of Newark, OH, Patricia Settle of St. Marys, WV, Carolyn Perry of Parkersburg, WV, Linda Arnold of Newark, OH Pamela Keyes of St. Marys, WV, Carol Nutter of Newark, OH, Anita Carr of Friendly, WV, brother; Lawrence “Tub” Fiest of Newark, OH, 13 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm with the funeral Thursday at 1:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Sistersville, WV, with Rev. Gary Boyd officiating.
