John Arthur Vann

Vann, John Arthur, age 48, of Nashville, TN (formerly of Friendly, WV) died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Nashville. He was born on October 4, 1969 in Lompoc, CA, a son of Lana Dearth Vann Williamson who survives of Friendly, WV and the late Jim Carlyle Vann. John worked in Nashville as a Senior Recovery Resolution Analyst for United Health Group. He loved gardening, collecting candles and his large indoor fish aquarium. Surviving in addition to his mother is his step-father, Daniel J. Williamson of Friendly; one sister: Danielle Williamson; one brother: Richard Alan Vann; his grandmother, Ruth Dearth; Aunt, Linda Wolters; Uncles, Larry Dearth and Bill Dearth; beloved niece, Danika Barton and cousins, Addison, Adam, Tony and Leana Wolters and J.J. and Sethi Vann. There will be a memorial visitation from 1:00 p.m. until time of memorial services at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 28 at the Sistersville First United Methodist Church, 610 Main St., Sistersville, WV with Chris Longgrear officiating.
