Joyce Ann Mars

Joyce Ann Fisher Mars, 56, of The Plains, OH, formerly of Sistersville passed away, May 9, 2011 at O'Bleness Hospital, Athens, OH. She was born on April 30, 1955 in Sistersville and she was raised by the late Kenneth and Lucille Raper. She is survived by one son, Steve (Joyce) Raper of Clarington, OH, one daughter, Charlena (Jesse) Lemasters of St. Marys, WV, grandchildren, Logun Raper, Bane Lemasters, Jacob Lemasters, step-granddaughter, Ariel Drum, and step-great grandson, Brittin Jones. She was preceded by her adopted parents, Kenneth and Lucille Raper. There will be no services. Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV is assisting the family.
