Judy Koerber

Judith "Judy" Kay Koerber, 80, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on January 25, 2025 at WVU Camden Clark.

She was born July 27, 1944, in New Martinsville, a daughter of the late Charles Eugene Koerber and Mary Evelyn Bickle Koerber.

Judy worked for Union Carbide and retired from GE after 42 years of service and she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sistersville. She was also a member of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the DAR.  She loved gardening and animals and she won several awards for her photography of animals and cross stitch.

Judy is also donating her pacemaker for a program that implants pacemakers in dogs, greatly lowering the costs of cardiac care for canines.

She is survived by her sister, Scharlene Koerber of Sistersville, WV and cousin, Tim (Barbara) Robinson of Summerfield, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a local animal shelter or any animal shelter of your choice; wounded warrior project or tunnel to towers.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 4-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be on Thursday at 1:00 pm with Pastor Darrell Mayfield officiating.  Interment will be in Paden Memorial Gardens.
