Kathleen "Katy" Mae Ice Heintzman

Kathleen "Katy" Mae Ice Heintzman, 91, of Sistersville, WV, passed away March 28, 2014. She was born October 6, 1922, a daughter of the late Charles Ice and Minnie Shuman Ice. Katy was a homemaker and a member of the Lilac Twig. She was a faithful member of the Sistersville Presbyterian Church. Katy is survived by her sons, Thomas (Patricia) Heintzman of Reading, PA and Joe Heintzman of Sistersville; daughters, Ann (David) Laing of Marietta, OH and Alisa (Frank) DeStefano of Indiana, PA; grandchildren, Jonathan Heintzman, Jessica Schwendeman, Melissa Webb, Curtis Heintzman, Jayme Sheley, Cole Heintzman, Vince DeStefano, Kyle DeStefano and Nathan Heintzman; and great-grandchildren, Georgia Heintzman, Owen Heintzman, Jack Schwendeman, Olivia Schwendeman, Kelcie Sheley, Cooper Sheley, Alec Schwendeman, Ralynn Heintzman and Cade Heintzman and special friend, Edith Watson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Heintzman; son, Phillip Heintzman and brother, C. Ervin Ice. Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
