Kelsey Elisabeth

Kelsey Elisabeth Day, 23, of Paden City, WV, passed away March 22, 2016. She was born July 4, 1992, in Durham, NC, a daughter of Lemuel Carroll and Suzanne Neff Carroll. Kelsey was a homemaker. She was a member of the Sistersville Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and American Legion Auxiliary Paden City Unit #86. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, C.C. Day of Sistersville, WV; brother, Logan Carroll of Paden City, WV; maternal grandparents, Bud and Barbara Neff of Paden City, WV; Aunt Becky Neff and Uncle Buddy Neff of Middlebourne; cousins, Kayla Kinney, Kaitlyn Neff, Kara Cleek, Luke Neff; mother and father-in-law, Diane and Larry Day; brother-in-law, Bryan Day; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Julian and Doris Carroll. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home.
