Larry V. Wickham

Larry V. Wickham, 76, of Sistersville, WV, passed away November 4, 2012 at Wetzel County Hospital after a long illness. He was born June 1, 1936, a son of the late George Wickham and Erma Craven Wickham in Sistersville. He was retired from the United States Postal Service and was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Sistersville. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy Miller Wickham; daughters, Melissa (Guy) Barat of Cleveland, TN, Martha J.W. Voglebach of Charleston, WV and Mary Brett (Shane) Saltmarsh of Lake Forest Park, WA; son, David L. Wickham of Sistersville; and grandchildren, Ashley Lancianese and Garrett Voglebach, both of Charleston, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles and Roger Wickham and sister, June Pickens. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 10:00 am at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Sistersville with Father Jim McCafferty and Deacon Rod Fagert officiating. Visitation will be held at Myers Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 4-8 pm with rosary devotions at 7:00 pm. Interment will be at East Lawn Memorial Park, Marietta, Ohio.
