Lois B.

Fox, Lois B., age 86, of Friendly, WV died Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Sistersville General Hospital, Sistersville, WV. She was born on December 3, 1931 in Sardis, WV, a daughter of the late Carl and Ethel Estlack Swiger. Lois was a homemaker and a Baptist by faith. She loved cooking, reading and flowers but her most enjoyment in life was her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Kenneth Fox; two brothers: Bernard and Willard; five sisters: Arvella, Ruby, Ruth, Mary and Garnet; two infant brothers and two infant sisters. Survivors include one son: Robert Fox of Parkersburg, WV; three daughters: Debbie (Denver) Boor of Friendly, Jessica Holmes of St. Marys, WV and Sharon Fox of Friendly; six grandchildren: Zebulon Boor, Deidra Fuller, Clay Holmes, Cooper Holmes, Samantha Forrester and Shannon Forrester; five great grandchildren: Zack, Alex and Elizabeth Boor, Caleb Fuller and Caroline Holmes; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, with Pastor Bill Carter officiating.
