Lucy Marie Pratt Billiter

Lucy Marie (Pratt) Billiter, 91, of Paden City, WV, passed away October 8, 2016. She was born August 18, 1925, in Middlebourne, WV, a daughter of the late William "Bill" Pratt and Gay Seckman Pratt. Lucy was a homemaker and a member of the Paden Fork Chapel and attended the Sistersville First Christian Church. She was very active in church activities and was involved with Helping Hands. She also loved to sew, knit and crochet. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Billiter; brothers, Troy, Russell and Homer Pratt; sister, Betty Fiest and grandson, Jesse Ault. She is survived by her son, Eric "Rick" (Ginny) Billiter of Green Bank, WV; daughters, Jacque (Steve) Roth of St. Marys, WV and Pam (Lance) Smittle of Paden City, WV; grandchildren, Jerred Roth, Stepheni Smith, Sunni Danielson, Leslie Kelly, Erica Billiter, Adrianne Kidd and Drew Ault; great-grandchildren, Laney, Kaleb, Hannah, Timothy, Allyssa, Lexi, Rachel, Adam and two great-grandchildren on the way; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home. Funeral will be Wednesday at the Sistersville First Christian Church at 11:00 am with Pat Stillwagner officiating.
