Margaret "Peggy" Eddy

Margaret "Peggy" Neff Eddy, 87, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on April 15, 2022 peacefully at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. She was born June 26, 1934, in Paden City, WV, a daughter of the late Emmett Neff and Eileen Hammel Neff. Peggy was an avid golfer and belonged to the St. Mary's Ladies Golf Association.She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.She loved spending time with her great-grandchildren, working in her yard and crocheting. She is survived by her son, Michael "Mike" Eddy of Sistersville, WV; daughter, Janice Eddy of Sistersville, WV; granddaughters, Heidi (Wayne) Hubbard of Friendly, WV, Jennifer Sterns of Jacksonville, FL, Cindy (Jake) Gump of Meadville, WV, Holly McNeely of Pursley, WV and Michelle (Josh) Beaty of Sistersville, WV; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Eddy; son, James "Jimmy" Eddy and brothers, Charles Neff, Robert "Bob" Neff and Everett "Bud" Neff. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Myers Funeral Home with Roger Kimble officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Monday, April 18, 2022 at the funeral home.Interment will be at Paden Memorial Gardens.
