Margaret Ann Peters, 82, of Sistersville, WV, passed away December 8, 2010 at home. Margaret was born January 31, 1928, the daughter of the late Kay Peters and Edith Essof Peters. She was a former SGH Board Member, a Member of the Board of Directors with First Federal Savings and Loan, owner of the Orange and Black Boutique and she was also a retired social worker with the Children’s Home Society, Health and Human Resources for the State of WV and Colin Anderson Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Peters and nephew Andrew Peters. Margaret is survived by a sister, Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Cutsy of Sistersville; nieces, Cathy (Mike) Drazenovich of Marietta, OH, Beth (Jeff) Willey of Pine Grove, Brenda (Tom) Casey of Sistersville and Ann (Eric) Peters of Scottsdale, AZ; nephew, David Peters of Phoenix, AZ; great nieces, Michele, Julie, Tristin, Abby, Emily and Amy and great nephews, Drew, Alex and Daniel. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 11:00 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Jim McCafferty and Deacon Rod Fagert officiating with visitation at Myers Funeral Home from 10:00 am until time of service. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 at Myers Funeral Home with recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm and Christian Wake Service at 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
