Marjorie Andrews

Marjorie M. Andrews, 97, of Middlebourne, WV, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2021. She was born February 10, 1924 in Sandyville, WV, to the late Charley B. Steele and Nellie F. Lincicome. Marjorie enjoyed gardening, reading, attending church services and family gatherings with her children and grandchildren.Marjorie was very strong physically and a hard worker.She was very ornery and enjoyed a hearty laugh.She was a caregiver to her mother and husband. Marjorie was very loved and well taken care of by her daughter, Terry, Excela Home Health Hospice Care and Loyalhanna Senior Suites. She is survived by her sons, Claude Jr. Andrews, of Alliance, OH, Charles Dale (Bonnie) Andrews of Alton, VA, Richard Andrews of Kent, OH; daughters, Pauline Davidson of Beckley, WV, Phyllis Ratliff ofBeckley,WV, Linda Barnhart of Sardis, OH and Terry (Richard) Carr of Greensburg, PA; twenty grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren and thirty-two great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Ira Claude Andrews; brothers, Russell Steele, Claude Steele and Edgar (Ted) Steele and sisters, Ruby Crawford, Barbara Eaton, Qulis Harpold and Imogene Joy. Family will receive friends and family at Myers Funeral Home on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 am until time of service at noon.Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens, Parkersburg, WV.
