Mark Rustemeyer

Mark Rustemeyer, 58, of Sistersville, WV, passed away January 2, 2021 at Ohio State University. He was born April 17, 1962, in Canton, OH, a son of the late Worden Rustemeyer, Sr. and Zelda Cunningham Rustemeyer. Mark was a Corporal Corrections Officer at St. Mary's Correctional Center. He was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church and he loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Peggy Leichliter Rustemeyer of Sistersville, WV; son, Logan (Lindsey) Rustemeyer of New Martinsville, WV; daughter, Caitlin (Andrew) Wyatt of Jacksonburg, WV; two brothers; one sister, and grandchildren, Gideon, Natalie and Hannah. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private graveside service for the family. Burial will be at Friendly Cemetery.
