Mary Broughman

Mary L. Broughman, 81, of Williamstown, WV (formerly of Friendly, WV), passed away January 17, 2019 at the Arbors of Marietta. She was born July 4, 1937, in Newton Falls, OH, a daughter of the late George Gordon and Myrtle Higgins Gordon. Mary was a homemaker and she loved to sew and crochet. She was a member of the former Zion Church in Friendly, WV. She is survived by her sons, Bill Broughman of Paden City, WV, Frank (Nancy) Broughman of Paden City, WV and Brady (Jan) Broughman of Williamstown, WV; daughters, Brenda (Richard) David of Holiday, FL and Michelle Wright of Huntington Beach, CA; sister, Zella Baker of Canfield, OH; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her husband, Brady "Bill" Broughman; three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Monday, January 21, 2019 at Myers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-6 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Friendly Cemetery.
