Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Cutsy

Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Cutsy, 87, of Sistersville, WV, passed away August 5, 2012 at Care Haven of Pleasants. Libby was born May 1, 1925, in Mannington, WV, a daughter of the late Kay A. Peters and Edith Essof Peters. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Sistersville and she was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter W. Cutsy in 1979, brother, Joseph Peters and sister, Margaret Peters. Libby is survived by daughters, Cathy (Mike) Drazenovich of Marietta, OH, Beth (Jeff) Willey of Pine Grove, Brenda (Tom) Casey of Sistersville; grandchildren, Michele, Julie, Drew, Tristin, Abby and Mike; great-grandchildren, Madison, Miley and Justin and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Jim McCafferty and Deacon Rod Fagert officiating with visitation at Myers Funeral Home from 10:00 am until time of service. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 at Myers Funeral Home with recitation of the Rosary at 7:30 pm and Christian Wake Service at 8:00 pm. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
