Mary Lou Smith

Mary Lou Smith, 85, of Sistersville, WV, passed away on December 7, 2022 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born September 1, 1937, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Lawrence Kyle and Irene Grimes Kyle.

Mary Lou was a member of the Pursley Church of Christ.  She loved being outside and had a soft spot in her heart for her pets.  She was retired from Corning Glass.  She had some special caregivers the last few years.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Debra) Smith of Middlebourne, WV; grandchildren, Brandon Smith of Gilbert, AZ, Joshua Smith and Rosana Smith, both of Middlebourne, WV; brothers, James (Brenda) Kyle and David (Grace) Kyle; sister, Martha Sue (Don) Binegar and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Bolding.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Myers Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be private.
