Nancy S. Miller, 73, of Sistersville, WV, passed away May 7, 2016 at home after a long and courageous battle and fight with CML and Parkinson's disease. She was born November 30, 1942, in Canton, OH, a daughter of the late Charles Vincent and Mary Alyce Stewart. Nancy was a member of the St. Paul's Episcopal Church where she served as Trustee and Treasurer for many years. She was a dedicated employee of Sistersville General Hospital in the accounts payable/receivable department and retired in June 2013 after 44 years of service. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, daughter and dear friend always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, kind, patient, loving heart and soul. Nancy especially enjoyed her family and friends, her church family, her dog Jackson, and she loved the ocean. Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life. She will be loved and missed by many. She is survived by her daughter, Amy (Gary) Zimmerman of San Antonio, TX; brothers, John Stewart and Craig Stewart, both of Neptune Beach, FL; grandsons, Todd (Adrianna) Beaver of Sistersville, WV and Zak Beaver of Sistersville, WV; granddaughter, Kaitlin (Jen) Lee of Las Vegas, NV; great-granddaughter, Kendra Beaver; niece, Brittany (Josh) Bowron; two great-nieces and one great nephew. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131 or the charity of the donor's choice. There will be a memorial service at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Sistersville, on June 3, 2016 from 4-6 pm with Father Richard Heller officiating.
