Naomi "Susie" Grimm

Naomi Frances “Susie” Grimm, 93 1/2, passed peacefully away at Stonerise of Belmont,a continuous skilled care facility, in Belmont, WV early morning on December 6, 2021. She was a daughter of James William and Eunice Wade Shuman, born on May 22, 1928 in Sistersville, WV. Susie was a member of the Sistersville Church of the Nazarene. She retired from WesBanco, Sistersville. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Bill) Hess of Sistersville, WV; her grandchildren, Jim (Tiffany) Hess of Parkersburg, Julie (Tim) Varughese of Sunbury, Ohio and Jenny (Andy) Newman of Lexington, Kentucky; great-grandchildren, Jordan Hess and Lexi Hess, Quincy Varughese and Addison Varughese; and grand puppy, Freddy Newman. She was preceded in death by her parents and then her husband, Richard Grimm in 2009, and her great-great grandchildren, Bradyn Hess on October 8, 2010; Liam Varughese on October 8, 2016; and baby Newman on November 22, 2021. Her family is planning a memorial service at the Sistersville Nazarene Church on Sunday afternoon, December 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Henderson and Pastor Andy Newman of Eastland Park Nazarene Church, Lexington, Kentucky officiating.
