Pauline Flesher

Flesher, Alta Pauline, age 93, of Paden City, WV died Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Genesis of New Martinsville. She was born on July 23, 1923 in Rinard Mills, OH, a daughter of the late James and Winnie Ronshausen Harris. Pauline was a retired cook for the Tyler County Schools and a member of the Friendly United Methodist Church, Friendly, WV. She loved to bake and enjoyed gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe O’Neil Flesher, Sr.; four brothers: her twin, Aldin “Bud” Harris, Edward Harris, Walter Harris and Marvin Harris; four sisters: Lorna Scohy, Hyla Stewart, Hazel Danielson and infant sister Niaoma. Survivors include three sisters: Emogene Kelch of Sistersville, WV, Betty Almeda Schultheis of Sardis, OH and Wanda Higgins of Parkersburg, WV; two sons: Joe Flesher, Jr and Jim Flesher both of Paden City; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or services. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Matamoras Cemetery, New Matamoras, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Myers Funeral Home, Sistersville, WV.
