Randall DeLancey, 65, of Sistersville, WV, passed away August 15, 2020 at Sistersville Center. He was born October 20, 1954, in Weirton, WV, a son of Clarence "Buss" DeLancey and Wilma Sinnett DeLancey. He is survived by his brothers, Edward (Brenda) DeLancey of Weirton, WV and Jeff (Mary Ann) DeLancey of Sistersville, WV and several nieces and nephews.
